As of this week, Miles is crawling!!
It is truly amazing how much more content he is
now that he can get to things!
Miles loves going to Bible class
He is very social and will smile at just about anyone
He can be challenging to say the least, but he's so stinkin' cute it's hard to stay mad too long!
Demanding is a kind word!!

Despite the challenges this little guy has brought us (really, we should blame Elijah for being a ridiculously easy baby who did NOT prepare us for a normal baby!), we are so thankful for Miles and the privilege we have to bring these boys up together as brothers.
God is good and has blessed us immensely!

ReplyDeletePlease, please, please post more often. I love when you blog, because your family is ADORABLE and just makes my heart so happy. I love how life works out, and your baby boys are the perfect proof!
Also, you will love it if you print out the blog into a book! I never scrapbook or even order picture prints, really, but having the blog and the blog books are so much more fun anyway.
Also...I am intrigued a little. Lily is demanding, intense, "if she ain't happy, ain't nobody happy," etc... But, reading this gives me hope. I guess all babies are not so hard? I really need to hear that, honestly. I mean, I see easier babies all of the time, but you are SUCH A HAPPY, positive, hopeful person that to hear you say that you struggle sometimes with a demanding baby is really helpful to me. Sometimes I wonder why I am exhausted and frustrated so much more than other moms, but I think it is just because my kid is stubborn and never, ever, ever chill or easy going. I can feel how much you love Miles and how he is such a gift, obviously, but I can totally relate to your honesty about some kids maybe being a little harder than others. :) I need an Elijah next, I guess!
I love your posts so much. I am really just so filled with joy when I see your happy little guys and think about the journey you all went on to find each other. It is so special.
